What happens if when I exceed the free plan?

A warning will appear for all admins in your organization prompting them to upgrade. If you don't upgrade within a week, your data will be preserved, but you won't be able to log in until you contact us.

What does the renewal process look like?

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you downgrade your plan before your renewal date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club credit and debit cards. Invoices and purchase orders can be used for transactions over $2,500.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time from the organization settings page. All of your data will be deleted immediately and if you're on a paid plan, your final charge will be prorated.

Do I need a credit card to try Teaminal?

Nope! Our free plan doesn't require a credit card, and you can use it for as long as you like with up to 15 users.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

You can change your plan or update your payment information on our billing page.
